Linda Barrett Osborne was a senior writer-editor in the Library of Congress Publishing Office for 15 years. She is the author of the nonfiction titles Traveling the Freedom Road, Miles to Go for Freedom, This Land Is Our Land, and Come On In, America.
Alan Miller is a former Los Angeles Times reporter, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist, and founder and CEO of the News Literacy Project, a nonpartisan national education nonprofit that provides news and information literacy resources to educators and the public.
