Kate Baer is an author and poet based on the East Coast. Her first book, What Kind Of Woman, was a #1 New York Times Instant Bestseller and featured in publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue.com, The Chicago Review, and Entertainment Weekly. Her work has been published in Literary Hub, Cup Of Jo, and The New York Times.
Baer will be in conversation with Chloe Yelena Miller, a writer and teacher living in Washington, D.C. Her poetry collection,Viable, is from Lily Poetry Review Books . Her poetry chapbook, Unrest, was published by Finishing Line Press. Chloe is a recipient of a 2020 DC Arts and Humanities Fellowship (Individuals) grant. She has worked for Toadlily Press, The Literary Review, Portal del Sol and Lumina. She has participated in the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Vermont Studio Center residency and the A Room of Her Own Writers’ Retreat.
