Fried is the founding editor of The Manhattan Review, a contributor to Poetry After 9-11: An Anthology of New York Poets, and the author of several collections of poetry. This new book gathers work from Fried’s last four volumes, poems that focus on myth and place. A section of new writing looks at today’s financial crises and proliferating technology. He will be joined by poet D. Nurkse.
