David Lagercrantz - The Girl Who Lived Twice: A Lisbeth Salander Novel — in conversation with Linda Zachrison — at Politics and Prose at The Wharf, in partnership with the Embassy of Sweden

Upcoming Event
Wednesday, August 28, 2019 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm

In 2015 Lagencrantz, a Swedish author and journalist, published The Girl in the Spider's Web, the first installment of his continuation of Stieg Larsson’s international bestselling “Millennium Trilogy.” It proved as popular as the original—Esquire named it one of the best thrillers of the year—and was followed by The Girl Who Takes an Eye for an Eye. In the series’ sixth installment, Lisbeth Salander returns, continuing Lagercrantz’s acclaimed inheritance of Larsson’s iconic punk hacker protagonist, marked with all of the intricate plotting and chilling suspense readers have come to know from this cycle, and from Scandinavian noir as a whole.

Lagercrantz will be in conversation with Linda Zachrison, Cultural Counselor for the Embassy of Sweden.
