Subjects include railway murders, track replacement efforts, the Dunsmuir Railroad Museum, the sale of Burlington Northern, and multiple train derailments.
Aaron Dactyl is a hobo living in Eugene, OR. He was a 2012 Best American Travel Writing Selection, as edited by William T Vollman and has been traveling via freights since the 90s and documenting these trips through his zine, Railroad Semantics.
