Stability training in many sports is underrated and over-looked. With Improved stability means that strength, power and speed can be delivered more effectively, minimising any loss in physical performance.
Good stability allows a Squash player to move with greater efficiency across the court, giving them stronger foundations to work from for each stroke they play. Greater stability will reduce any risk of injury, especially over-use injury, as it will benefit your alignment.
The stability programs are perfect for the beginning of a training cycle, especially if you have had some time off, or are coming back from injury. The stability programs are ideal to use alongside our strength programs, as together they will increase your skill acquisition and prepare your body for multi-directional movement patterns. Purchase your ideal training program today and start your performance development journey, so you can achieve all your goals.
