Word - conversion to book- formatted .doc or PDF
|
•
You send us your interior page file as a Microsoft Word .doc
•
We format the file to standard book layout (page size, margins, font &
spacing, page flow, pagination, and simple running heads) based on our
templates
•
After formatting, either we:
•
(a) convert the .doc to a PDF (not recommended, as this takes control out of
your hands); or
•
(b) we send the formatted MS Word .doc back to you, so you can finalize the
layout and add to it if desired; you then convert the file to PDF on your end
(recommended)

Please note this is not page-by-page design, but is global formatting of your
document
•
This service includes only one pass through your document; for further

If your file includes a TOC and you’ve chosen for us to convert your MS Word
file into a PDF, we’ll need to edit and proofread your TOC for you

We’ll combine up to 20 separate PDFs into a single bookblock PDF (for
example: a front matter file, a core text file, and a back matter file)

We scale the size of the PDF’s pages to your specifications (for example:
