May 17 2012 5:00 pm
The 1993 Nobel laureate’s eleventh novel is a family tale that has the sweep of history and the power of myth. Frank Money, a traumatized Korean War veteran, returns stateside to face racism and his sister’s equally traumatizing medical condition. Together, the two confront the demons of present and past as they return to Georgia, where they grew up, and find new strength.
Toni Morrison will be signing books only, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. - no talk/reading or Q&A. She will sign (not personalize) copies of her new book but not copies of her backlist, her previous books. We are no longer taking orders for copies to be signed and shipped/picked up later. You must be present to have a book signed.
