Scott Schuman
In The Sartorialist: Closer (Penguin, $30), the celebrated fashion blogger and photographer presents a collection of beautiful images of style and its expression around the world.
This event is strictly a book signing only. This is not a seated event. There will not be remarks by Schuman nor will there be audience Q&A. This event is free and open to the public.
Customers can bring their own copies, or can purchase books online through Politics & Prose or at the store in advance (recommended). Books will also be available for purchase when doors open at 6:30 pm.
P&P: BEST DRESSED
In celebration of Schuman’s appearance, Politics & Prose presents P&P: Best Dressed, a stylebook of fan fashions from the evening. A photographer will capture the styles from the signing line; fashionistas are invited to vote for their favorite look on P&P’s Facebook page the following day. Winners of the top three looks will receive fabulous prizes from Politics & Prose, including a gift card customers can use add to their collection of fashion books.
