Nouriel Roubini - Crisis Economics @ Sixth & I Historic Synagogue

May 13 2010 7:00 pm
May 13 2010 8:00 pm

Studying global history, statistics, mathematical models, and other evidence, Roubini, professor of economics at NYU’s Stern School of Business and co-author Mihm, an associate professor of economic history at the University of Georgia, were the first economists to predict the current downturn. The authors argue that economic crises are part of capitalism but are both foreseeable and preventable. Stephen Mihm will not be joining Nouriel Roubini at this event.

Tickets and books will be held for pickup at the venue Will Call on the day of the event. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event begins at 7 p.m. with General Admission. The booksigning will take place after Nouriel Roubini speaks.
