The Honorable Sonia Sotomayor
How does a Latina from a Bronx housing project work her way up to a spot on the Supreme Court? Sotomayor, the High Court's first Hispanic member, knew from early on that she wanted to be a lawyer; by age forty, she was a federal district judge. Her memoir, My Beloved World (Knopf, $27.95) is a story of hard work, vision, and perseverance despite many obstacles.
This event is SOLD OUT. We are no long taking orders for presolds.
