Oct 2 2011 6:00 pm

On Sunday, October 2, 2011, 5 p.m., Politics & Prose will host Michael Moore at Sixth & I Historic Synagogue.

Breaking the autobiographical mode, the author and filmmaker presents twenty-four far-ranging, irreverent, and stranger-than-fiction vignettes from his own early life.

Two free tickets will be provided with each purchase of the book from P&P. Additional tickets are $12 (or $15 the day of the event). Prepayment is required to secure reservations. Books and tickets cannot be held without a confirmed payment.

All remaining sales will take place at the event, when doors open at 4 pm.

If you can't come to an event and still want an autographed copy of the book, you may purchase titles in advance either in the store, over the phone (202.364.1919 or 1.800.722.0790), or through our website.

When buying online, simply use the checkout comments field to indicate that you would like us to request the author's signature at our event before shipping it to you.

If you are unable to pick up the book, please call us to arrange shipping. Although we will make every effort, we cannot guarantee the book will be signed by the author for those customers unable to attend the event.
