Helene Cooper - The House At Sugar Beach
Aug 10 2009 7:00 pm
Star New York Times journalist Cooper marks the paperback publication of her remarkable memoir. Born and raised in one of Liberia’s elite families, she escaped the wicked regime of John Doe and came to the U.S. Cooper weaves the personal and the political into a story that is both touching and funny.
