David Tanis in conversation with Joe Yonan

Tanis’s critically acclaimed previous books, A Platter of Figs and Heart of the Artichoke are testaments to his affinity for home cooking with simple, seasonal style. His career as a chef has taken him from Santa Fe to Paris to the Bay Area, and now he brings his expertise to a special event with Politics & Prose at Buck's Fishing and Camping.
