Story Time
Please join us with our regular Monday morning story time each week at 10:30 a.m.
BearSong, the Guitar Man, is back after several years' hiatus, leading stories, songs, finger plays, and more for children from birth to 5 years old and their caregivers.
Every Monday morning at 10:30 in the Children’s Department, BearSong invites our youngest customers and their caregivers to sing and dance and listen to stories. BearSong’s enthusiasm is contagious as he leads the group through familiar songs and stories and introduces them to new ones.
Please park your stroller outside, and eat your snacks before you come.
Story time takes a break during the summer and will resume after Labor Day on Monday, September 12.
Call the store at (202) 364-1919 to check about holiday cancellations.
Sign up here to receive email updates about the Politics & Prose story hour. We will inform you of special story hours, changes or cancellations.
