Daytime
The Daytime Book Group reads mostly fiction new and old, and some nonfiction. In ten years, we’ve only once repeated an author. Imagine! In the last year or so, we’ve read The March of Folly by Barbara Tuchman, Jude the Obscure by Thomas Hardy, Faces in the Water by Janet Frame, Praisesong for the Widow by Paule Marshall, and The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman, to give you an idea of how widely we range. We are a group of fifteen to twenty regulars and our members bring extraordinary experience to our discussions. We are devoted to each other.
